Are there any other factors that play a role in this, besides which exercises work for you? I was looking at changing mine to the one on the steroid.com homepage, down at the bottom left. It seems rather "hardcore".

It took me a while to figure out my workout routine. I just tried different ones for about 6 weeks. That gave me enough time to see if I was overtraining, bodyparts in good order, which to couple together. I found a few that work well and I switch them up if I need too. No one workout is a majic one. everyone responds differently. It is done by trial and error. Look at a lot of workouts and make them your own. You will find one that works.
