On back day (which is today for me, I can't wait-my favorite) I would do wide pullups, bent over rows wide-grip, T-bar rows, and the greatest exercise alive: deadlifts. For tri's I would do weighted dips and close grip bench. For bi's I would do something with DBs so you can't cheat for one arm. Incline curls are good or hammer. SwoleCat has a great hammer curl routine that fried my bi's the other day. Give it a try.
