    Sex and Body Building

    I heard from a body builder if you are trying to get big you shouldnt have sex. He said it lowers testosterone and you wont have any gains. Is this true? I am trying to put on like 20 pounds in 3 months. I dont want to work my ass off for nothing.I am doing it natural. I dont want to stop havin sex. Sex is my favorite cardio lol

You are asking questions like this without doing any research or reading! I know people say that there are no dumb questions, but this one has to come close. Do a little reading!

    while i dont agree with theatrix for cursing at you, i do agree with im that you need to use the search button...i am strongly opposed to having sex or masturbating before a workout, but doing either of those at other times of the day will not hinder your gains.

    however, if you are doing alot of thrusting, you may weaken your glutes for leg day, and if you are supporting yourself with your hands in awkward Kama sutra-like positions, it may affect your bench, IMO.

    So........just let her do all the work!!
    and then eat her out and toss her salad before or after to make sure she has fun too.
