hey fellas, my shoulders overpower in size as compare to my arms and make my arms look small. im starving for more kick and boost iin my arms, my triceps r alritte but look like biceps have never peeked out. i just want them to look good
as far as my workout routine, its something like this
chest/shoulder/triceps
off
back/bis
off
legs
off
repeat
and for my arms workout i do these
Biceps
pullups
Barbell curls
hammer curls
incline dumbell curls
Triceps
dips
Skull crusher
if u guys can coment or critique the routine and give me some of ur experiece advice that can help me in any way..anykinda feedback will help
