    Back and Calves

Anyone have a solid routine for back and calves? I think I've been doing way too much work in the [past and overtraining. I'm looking at this for today:

    Lat pull - 2 warms, 3 sets 6-10
    seated hammer row - same
    Rack Deads - 3 sets 6-10
    Str8 bar rows - 3 sets 6-10
    pullovers? good mornings?

    Calves - 9 sets 10-15

looks good! o diont hink you need nine sets of 15 reps forcalve 3-6 sets is plenty! i would also scrap the rack deads and do the full moton deadlifts. after deadlifts if you have some fuel in the tank, than do rack deads or stiffleg or romanaina deads and call it a day
