    good article on overtraining

    i know this has been of topic on and off so when i seen this article at the gym i swiped it up to post on here for you all.

    for the matter is seems that acsm.org has quite a few interesting reads from their monthly articles if anyone wants to read them look under public information area on that site.

    Nice... that does look good. The bullets on what to look out for are right on... the decrease in resting heart rate is a simple thing many can keep an eye on in the mornings. I'll print it and read it in a sec...
