    needs bulging biceps

    hi i need a bicep workout to help my arms grow before easter april 15 which was a goal i had i already lost 11 lbs i bulked up and it seems no matter what i do i cant get my arms to grow i want them bulging out of my shirt any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated

    mate it take's year's to get them huge. You ain't going to do to much in a month

    i thought for sure your post in here swole would of been telling him to start working his legs harder, but i guess buying a smaller shirt would be the logical and easiest solution if you want your biceps bulging out of your sleeves.

    make sure you work the tri's they play a big part in the "big arm" look.

    bro ive been working my arms for ~4 years and they are still small. youre not going to do anything in a month
    you could go get some silicon implanted in your arms, then they would be huge in a month

    i had always tried doing things differently with my biceps to make them grow. theyre strong, just not massive...ive come to the conclusion that its my genetics
    oh well, cant change that

    curls and tri extensions to failure. pick 3 different execises for tris and bi's reps of 10 to 15 ,train the last set of each exercise to failure and there you go

    a montht thats tough just to alot of heavy lifting and giant sets
