    How much Cardio???

    My diet is really clean 250 grams of prot, 120-150 carbs 2200 to 2400 calories (I stagger my diet) I'm 41 195 lbs 5'10" tall and 10% body fat. I want to compete this summer how much cardio should a person do??? and should I drop my diet down anymore?? Thanks!!

    Check out "The 12 Week Transformation" thread. That is what yours needs to look like in order to get good feedback.

    30 minutes every day works for me, light walking on the treadmill
