How much Cardio???
My diet is really clean 250 grams of prot, 120-150 carbs 2200 to 2400 calories (I stagger my diet) I'm 41 195 lbs 5'10" tall and 10% body fat. I want to compete this summer how much cardio should a person do??? and should I drop my diet down anymore?? Thanks!!
