Rear delt w/ back or shoulders???

i'm gonna start focusing more on my arms so i had to come up w/ a new split.

    mon- back/forearms
    tues- chest/shoulers
    wed- off
    thurs- legs/abs
    fri- bi/tri
    sat & sun- off

with my back workout and then chest/shoulder tri workout following rite after it where should i put my rear delt in my workout. i had planned on putting it in w/ my shoulder workout but is that not a good idea?

also for my shoulders i plan only to do 8 working sets, thats plenty rite?

    military press 3 sets
    rear delt 3 sets
    lateral raises 2 sets

dont worry i intend on mixin it up from week to week.

Chic's don't have to train any different than guys. Your rear delts are primarily a back muscle, they pull your shoulders back with you rhomboids, traps, lats etc. Try hitting them on your sback day. I find high reps and drop sets really blow them out.

sorry to hijackbut just a thought after reading... after my chest routine should i do military press? i usually have a different day for shoulders, but would anyone advise me to do shoulders on chest/tri day?

my chst routine for the next 3 weeks...
    incline BB press(8,6,4)
    decline BB press(8,6,4)
    close-grip bench(8,6,4)
    flatDB press(8,6,4)
weighted dips (3 sets until failure)
*i did not mention warm-up sets but i do them*

do you think i could add...
    military press(8,6,4)
    and lateral raises(8,6,4)
    in there somewhere?

I would suggest doing your rear delts with your shoulders. Also, if you want to bring up your arms you could try the following split for about two months.

    Mon - Chest & Bis
    Tue - Back & Tris
    Wed - Shoulder & Bis
    Thur - Legs
    Fri - Chest & Tris
    Sat - Back & Bis
    Sun - Rest
    Mon - Shoulders & Tris
    Tues - Legs
    Wed - Chest & Bis
    Thur - Back & Tris
    Fri – Shoulders & Bis
    Sat – Legs
    Sun – Rest

    BTW, nice back shot Mizfit!

Simple answer. 1. It's part of your shoulder and we are talking about training your shoulders? 2. Also, because the most successful bodybuilder in the world did it, Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Wow, you back and rear delts look great and you are very lean...but I do not think you are "TOO" lean. I do not know what look you are going for, but if you focused a little more on lats you would have a very nice V-taper.

I don't even feel the need to work front and rear delts, they get a pounding from chest work (mainly dumbbells) and back work (I feel it mainly with rows)
