stocky121 is right. Unfortunately you can’t spot reduce fat, unless you have lipo like TheRel33 joked about. Doing twists and crunches will help tone the area and make it look better when you drop the fat. It’s all about caloric intake vs. expenditure. No pain, no gain!Originally Posted by stocky121
