Tried a new exercise the other night......

I did weighted Push Ups at the end of my chest routine and I gotta say they were great. My chest is still nice and swole.

Put 45's on each side of a Smith Machine, lower the bar to the bottom. Got under it and placed the bar on my back. And did a few sets of 10. Damn, hard to do, but I liked it and I may keep it in my routine, and do it every other week or something.

    Anyone else do these?

Nope, didn't happen once. I tell you, you really feel like you've hit your entire chest after wards.

Na man not an issue at all. You jsut get under it, it unlocks and you're all set. When I was done I could actaully lock it my self by just moving forward a bit, using my back.

It easy, or it could just be I'm that damn good
