    HIT help....Please.

I have been trying to learn about HIT. I read a few things and want to give it a try. I have been doing the same ol 4 and 5 day split for years. Each muscle 1 or 2 times a week etc. I am trying to cut now and currently doing a 4 day split with 3 days for cardio. I was thinking about doing this MWFand cardio on days off:

Everything one set with warm up if necessary. SS=superset

Flat bench 12 reps SS Incline flies failure
Close Grip bench 12 reps SS Rope
    Chinups SS Bent over rows
    Deadlifts
    Squats SS Leg curl
    Sled SS leg extention
Barbell curl SS incline db curls
one leg db calf raises SS two leg BB calf raises
Shoulder press (DB or BB) SS lateral raises.

I don't know if this is really HIT or not. I have not been researching this long. I will also rotate in other exercises in and out to keep it fresh. Every exercise will be atleast 12 reps. I want to know if I should superset at all or have a max effort chest leg back or shoulder day and rotate them or if this is total shit. I will only be doing this for 6 weeks max to change up my routine and give me more cardio so I can cut to do my cycle. Any input is necessary and appreciated. I am scheduled to start on monday. Maybe.
