    tons? post your back routine.

maybe you shouldn't do tons. maybe drop the reps, and increase the weight.

gotta find what works for you.

    Growth takes time

My back width just doesn't seem to want to get better. I've been wide grip pulluping like mad and nothing..

Do you guys do the lat pulls infront or behind your head?
    Is there a difference?

NO lat pulls..pull ups cause i think you incorporate more muscles in your back.. i dont think ive done pulldowns in forever.. weighted W.G. pull ups is the way ta go IMO..

same here. my back width is very good, but, in the last year or so it seems to have stopped getting wider, just thicker.

for the original question: my back development skyrocketed when i started using wide-grip pullups, barbell rows and deadlifts.

a typicla back workout for me includes two width exercises and two thickness exercises, all with varying hand positions. back is one of my best bodyparts
