I do not have to motivate myself...I love to go to the gym and train. Just as I love to eat tuna, egg whites, chicken, rice and oats everyday....it is not hard for me at all, I enjoy it very much.

i dont wanna look like a weiner boy and i like the attention so no workin out for me equals low self esteem...j/k workin out does get old after a while i think some people just have the drive to do it and some dont thats why there isnt a whole lotta people with nice bodies walkin around..i guess thats also motivation right there knowing that your different than everyboidy else..

Binny, there are many ways to motivate yourself if you aren’t like many of the people on this site who love to weight train and don’t need much motivation. If you tell us more about yourself, then perhaps we can give you some ideas on how to motivate you more. One way could be to get an MP3 player and fill it with your favorite music. Another could be to set a small goal such as losing an inch around your waist and adding an inch to your chest. Once you start reaping the rewards from weight training you may feel more motivated. I hope this helps you.

I take pics every few weeks to ensure i still look alright.

Also sometimes i notice if i over train myself im not as into going for a few days..

    Maybe take a break.

But like a few said above.. i love going to the gym as well.

Its not so much how i feel when i am working out, It how i feel when I am not. I feel terrible when i am not active. Thats why i hate off days even though i need the rest.

I have seemingly crappy workouts more often than great ones. But what seems could be deceiving, they're actually all great workouts.

Spring Break motivates me. Everyone knows that working out twice a year the week before spring break and the week after new years will get you cock diesel. Anymore is overtraining.

J/K....I love working out and hate my diet but stick with it because the transformation that occurs is motivation enough. It isn't easy but nothing worth having ever is.
