that seems to be a pretty normal routine and excercises for your chest. if you are doing cardio as much as your saying then with the help of a good workout partner, pushing you on your chest workout you will get there. imo building a good strong chest is hard to do alone. you can do it but when someones there to help you move to weight you havnt done before and push you then you will see more gains. what is your wieght and bf?

    kinda vague

i would strongly suggest against chest and legs on the same day, frankly i dont understand how this is physically possible, but i would keep legs to their own day (day 5) with some squats...try swole cats routine

20 sets for shoulders is quite alot...what do you do? i would suggest over head press, lateral raises, and reverse flies 4 sets each

    just my $.02

way too much shoulder work, they will get blown by your chest routine anyway.

i do 12 sets and i have to cross my arms after than because of the pump/burn

any more for me would be overkill, in fact i could be borderlining overkill with my current 12 sets

it is just an assumption, but if you can do both in one day you aren't working hard enough. after my leg workout i want to puke for hours after it seems like. and chest is another hard one for me. and on a side note you could get away with like 6 sets of shoulders and be fine IMO...

You have a lot of reading to do,

    try this split:

    Day One: Chest, Tricep

    Day Two: Back, Bicep

    Day Three: Off

    Day Four: Shoulders, Traps,

    Day Five: Legs

    Day Six: Off

    Day Seven: Off

That is a basic split that would be good for you to follow. You can continue on with the exercises that you have been doing...they are ok. Again, the best thing that you can do is educate yourself on what you should be doing and why...read as much as you can!
