I currently do cardio in the a/m on an empty stomach, then head back to the gym later in the day to weight train.
Does anyone here weight train twice a day? Or know of a thread that shows what a split would look like if you did train twice a day?
I'm considering doing a cycle of AAS soon (5th cycle) and wanted to consider training twice a day. My recovering speed is phenominal when I'm on, and I would like to be sure I take advantage of it if I can.
Any thougths are appreciated...
