Any of you bros go twice a day?
I currently do cardio in the a/m on an empty stomach, then head back to the gym later in the day to weight train.
Does anyone here weight train twice a day? Or know of a thread that shows what a split would look like if you did train twice a day?
I'm considering doing a cycle of AAS soon (5th cycle) and wanted to consider training twice a day. My recovering speed is phenominal when I'm on, and I would like to be sure I take advantage of it if I can.
Any thougths are appreciated...

I used to train 3 days a week, twice a day. It actually worked really well for me. Every said it was over training so i stopped. I just dont get this lift on muscle once a week thing, otherwise you are over training and wont have gains. It doesnt make sense, looks at gymnist they work everyday hard as can be and they are huge.

If you have the free time to split your training up, I'd suggest doing it. I make great gains when I do half my weights in the mid-morning and the other half late afternoon. I’m currently doing what you are with my cardio in the AM on an empty stomach and weights in the late afternoon and this works great.

yah, I do cardio am, then weights after work. But personally weights twice a day would hurt more than help me...even on cycle

i personally wouldnt train twice a day even if i did have the time, i see plenty of gains going once a day three days a week
when i do have more time im going to start a 4 day/week split

i've done it a few times but i would rather stay an extra hour or so than come back later that day.
