Everyone seems so concerned with over training. I just dont get this train each muscle only once a week thing, otherwise you are over training and wont have gains. It doesnt make sense, looks at gymnist they work everyday hard as can be and they are huge. They work the same muscles for atleast 8 hours a day everyday and they still have awesome gain. Seems to me once a week is undertraining. Gymnists have better builds and are stronger than 99% of people pound for pound.
