What exercises are you doing for Biceps?

And, how do you feel your form is?

your forearms are supporting the weight it could be a weak link might need to work on forearm strength also you might be curling the wrist in toward you using your forearms some.

straight bar puts more pressure on the forearms

hammer curls work the forearms too

if you hit bi's after back, everything for back uses forarms too...perhaps your forearms are lagging

i tend not to go all the way down keep pressure on the muscle then contract an sqeeze up top an keep elbo,s at ur side, cant go wrong. Sounds like ur letting ur shoulders do all the lifting while letting ur forarms hold all the weight.

I had that same problem with curlbar, I took a straight bar with lighter weights and put my back to a wall, use extreme form. Feels weird at first because you can weight it up but really helped me after a month or so.

i would go with a straight bar to instead of the curl bar. for me its the best way to get the best bicep pump. i get it with doing negatives to.

The secret to biceps are forarms. Your bicep wants/can do more weight but your forearms are not allowing it because they are too weak. This is making you barely get a work out for your bi's. You need to do forarms jsut as much as bis and you will see great results. This has absolutely worked for me. I went from curling 95x10 on the straight bar to 165x8 on the straight bar. Once i started to work my forearms regualr my bis blew up because they were actauly getting the weight they can get a good work out with. Try it out in four weeks i gaurentee you you will see great results. Hope this helps
