    Workout Logs

    Anyone use a computer program to log their workouts? Any recommendations?

    go to bodybuilding.com and search Training Logs, they have them there for free

    Looking for a Program

    Something that will export to excel or graph tonnage,etc.... Something techy...I'm a dork

    I use Open Fitness: Workoutware.com
    Use it to track: training (weights and cardio), diet, body stats, and supps. You can down evaluation version for 30 days. Been working with it for six months and no problems. Great for a statistic junky like myself.

    All of it? I think I have been doing it since like..2001 I went to the beginning the other day and it was like..
    Bench: 85x4 95x5 95x4 100x2 85x2 75x3
    Triceps: 8 sets

    Done

    You think its time for me to post my log here?
