Help: This Seems Really Light: Power Workout Post Cycle

Doc's post below is where I'm starting from:
    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=222044

I'm in PCT right now after my first cycle of 500mg test-e/wk for eleven weeks. I got great strength gains and am thinning out nicely (I am trying to keep getting stronger and am not as concerned with a body-building build so I'm trying to get together a good power lifting routine based on Doc's post:
I'm basing this on max lifts as follows:

    Squat: 350lb
    Bench Press: 275lb
    Deadlift: 400lb

Yes, I've added the poundage recommended to each lift.

    Week 1: Mon/Wed/Fri (58%)
    Squats: 5 Sets of 5 @ 200lb
    Bench: 8 Sets of 6 @ 160lb
    Deadlift: 5 Sets of 5 @ 232lb

    Week 2: Mon/Wed/Fri (60%)
    Squats: 5 Sets of 5 @ 210lb
    Bench: 8 Sets of 6 @ 165lb
    Deadlift: 5 Sets of 5 @ 240lb

    Week 3: Mon/Wed/Fri (62%)
    Squats: 5 Sets of 5 @ 217lb
    Bench: 8 Sets of 6 @ 170lb
    Deadlift: 5 Sets of 5 @ 248lb

    Week 4: Mon/Wed/Fri (64%)
    Squats: 5 Sets of 5 @ 225lb
    Bench: 8 Sets of 6 @ 176lb
    Deadlift: 5 Sets of 5 @ 256lb

This seems Really light!!!!!But now I only get each exercise in once a week or every 8 days.

Weeks 5-8 I'm thinking about following this:
    wk 5 monday squat 80% 2 sets of 1, press 6 sets of 4 60%, dead 3 sets of 3 60%
    wed squat 60% 3s of 3r, press 80% 2 sets of 1 rep, dead 3sets of 3 60%
    fri squat 60% 3s of 3r, press 6 sets of 4 reps 60%, dead 2 sets of 1 80%
wk 6 follow last wks same rep scheme, still use 60% for the lighter speed days, and 85% for your max effort days on squat, press and dead.
wk 7 90% for max efort exerises, still 60% for the dynamic or speed exercises
wk 8 95% for max efort exerises, still 60% for the dynamic or speed exercises

So, what do y'all think and what about throwing in Clean and Press/Pullups/ and or Dips or do you think that the three power moves properly stimulate the back/tris and shoulders?

    Thanks

I'm a classic ecto who sat on his ass through law school and got chuncky. I went from 189 at about 21% body fat to 210 and 16% bodyfat by week 8 (i front loaded with dbol at 30mg/ed). Towards the end of the cycle, I lost weight and am now down to a very clean looking 195 and strength is the same as last day of cycle. It was a great experience and I'm thinking about the very same cycle again this fall.

I might do this on top in addition to the one outlined to balance out my physique:

Mon: 4 Sets of Pull-ups to failure
Wed: 4 Sets of Weighted Dips
Fri: 4 Sets of Cleans or Clean and press

cleans seem to fit the routine, and overhead presses would be a final touch on the shoulders and pullups are a great mass builder, but i don't see the need for the dips unless that is just a personal preference, your chest and tris will be blasted from the pressing, maybe do a set of close grip if you are worried about it.

I just like doing weighted dips........bragging rights. It's shallow, I know.

    Day One:

So I've decided to do this workout for 8 weeks and see what happens. Sunday, Wednesday and Friday = Lift as posted above and
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (maybe Saturday) Jits.

Also, each lifting day, I'll do three sets of either pullups, weighted dips, or clean and press.

So I did it today and it seemed kinda light but the deep squats reminded me that my form had gotten a little ugly when I pushed the 300 mark. Also, made sure to do every rep clean with a pause at the top and bottom of each movement. Eight sets of bench at 160..........boring.........but I got a good pump and I've got to do it THREE times/week.

    Update

I am pretty tired this morning and hams are sore (HA!, I haven't really been sore since I started cycle....damned PCT). Anyway, the workout seemed light but I'm dog tired this morning.
