i dont like these, they will kill your knees eventually

i understand it puts more stress on your knees but i had a motorcycle accident years ago and it was giving me jip(left knee) so i tried atg and its fine now wtf?
plus i feel less pressure on my hips but thats proberbly due to body shape and stance.

you should feel the pressure in your hips. not in your knees, less pressure in your hips means more pressure somewhere else, be careful.
ass to grass to long will keep your ass on the couch.

If you have healthy knees full squats are excellent, but be careful and make sure your form is strict. Sounds like it's working for you.

If I'm pushing heavy (300+ for me), I'll go 90 degrees. This month Im doing Docs Susts's 3x3 recommendation so I'm repping with 200 or so and am going all the way down, pausing and then going up. It made me sore but I'm in PCT. Not used to being sore.

i started trying the atg squats, feel it more in my ass than quads. i prefer a constant motion, parallel or slightly below. with the bar high on my shoulders. thats what seems to hit my quads the best.

elevate your heels my friend if you want to torch the quads...it will burn you into oblivion...in the best of ways

used to love that, i still do it for front squats with a 10 pounds plate under my heels. on normal squats it over stresses my knees too much with heavy weights
