Who says high rep bicep training wont put some solid size on your guns?

You know, alot of people dont think that training arms light and high rep will give you size but I disagree. Every other workout I've been doing some sick shit, like 25 rep preacher curl sets then drop setted w/ another 25 reps. I cant use much weight, I start w/ like 60 or 70 lbs, then do my drop set of an additional 25 reps with only like 30 lbs, but the shit works. It definitely gets you sore, and I think it breaks that fascia up pretty good. My ****ing arms have been stuck at 18 1/2" for about the past 3 years, just measured them the other night and they are almost 18 3/4" now. So I'm going to try stuff like this every other arm workout. But even though its high rep my total bicep workout is only about 5 sets, maybe 6, but no more than that. Just needed to bust through a plateau and I think I found the ticket. Just thought I'd share

Could be due to sacroplasmic hyperthrophy due to the increased rep range you are incorporating. The size might just be temporary due to increased glycogen storage.

You have a valid point, but if I put the tape measure on my arms and they're bigger from something I've started doing, then I'm going to keep doing it ya know.
