Question lifting routine while on GEAR

Hello all, I was wondering if you could help me out with a bit of advice.

I started a cycle of pure test 1 cc 2x a week for 10 weeks, (first cycle, being helped by experienced friends).

My diet is 4000+ calories a day, 300+ grams of protein

What I need help with is the routine, I have started this routine and plan on keeping to it throughout the cycle, increasing weight each week, and possibly adding exercises to it each week as the test starts to take affect in 4 weeks or so.

Each exercise is 4 x 6-8 depending on the weight. I aim for 6 reps at max weight, but sometimes I have to go to 7 or 8 one week so that I can go up in weight at 6 reps eventualy if you follow me:

    Incline DB press
    Flat DB press
    Cable Flys (normal)
Cable Flys (overhead) (I think next week I will switch to DB FLYS here)

    tricep pushdowns
    weighted dips
    skullcrushers

    abs (leg raises)

    Legs

    squats
    lunges
    leg curls
    leg extensions
    calf raises
    leg press
and possibly SLDL (but not sure)

    cardio 20 mins.

    for Back/bicep day:

    pullups
    deadlifts
    chainsaws (DB)
    seated cable rows

    straightbar curls
    incline seated curls
    preacher curls

    leg raises (abs)

    Neck/shoulder

    DB shoulder press
    Lat raises
    front raises

    db shrugs
    power cleans
    straightbar shrugs

then on last day do intensive ab workout and cardio

btw, I just noticed please switch the back and shoulder days, as I will not be doing back the day after legs LOL

    Looks pretty good.

I like to do chest on its own at 25 sets moving from barbells to dumbells to machines to strip sets. Tri's, I throw in on another day with back maybe or some shoulder work. Personally, I think leg presses suck, plain and simple and I instead do loads of squats (pyramid up then down: like 8 sets).

I DO LIKE your power movements like the weighted dips, cleans, deads.....
Maybe get in some clean and press and some push press. Also, I liked to do a brutal shoulder day all by itself most of the time and I worked did one workout every 8 days with acrdio in between. HUGE GAINS 1st cycle.

I included my first 5 week program for my first cycle: Funny: By March 1, I was benching 250 on my working sets! Note: I did four sets of each but the import from excel didn't take...you get the idea.
