hey guyz, ive been on different routines throughout the years, but recently ive decided to go on a test e cycle, can any1 reccommend a lean mass workout thats intense enough for while "on" and have had good personal results with?
stats: 22 years old, 5 foot 7 around 185lbs, body fat i have no idea
I would really love to lean out for summer, shed some fat off of the winter bulk ive been on since dec. any advice wud be great
