    building stamina quick and easy

    I get out of breath easy and don't want that to happen anymore.

    Being in tip top shape never mattered much to me. I'm more into the eat a lot, lift heavy sh*t.

    But I'm having a trouble with stamina. I get tired very easy.

    What will be a quick and effective way to fix that?

    there's no 'quick' way.

    But there are solutions.. cardio being the first one that comes to mind.

    I know the feeling. I get bored stiff doing traditional cardio so I purchase Bas Rutten's Mixed Martial Arts Workout and do his boxing or tai boxing routine on the heavy bag. Sometimes I will just do it shadow boxing. Either way, you build great endurance and have a little more fun doing your cardio.
