    Cardio And Abs??

I work my abs on my off weight days, which are my cardio days. Cardio being bike for 1 hour(65%-70% MHR), and abs being enough burning situps and crunches. If Im doing this back to back, how should I work it? Do abs first then cardio? Visa versa? Also, How should I eat going into this? For cardio should be on an empty stomach. Thanks guys!

b4???? idk, i would think after.... since you tap into lyposis when doing cardio, then finish up w/ it...

my though is that if u start w/ abs and hit them hard, then u'll keep burning a lil bit of muscle and continue to do so while doing cardio???

    bump on my theory? lol

Kyjelly, I'd suggest hitting your ABS and cardio on an empty stomach. ABS first then your cardio. As mwolffey suggested it would be very beneficial if you had some casein protein right before going to sleep. I would suggest a casein protein powder and some flaxseed oil, 10 mins before sleep.
