Oh and hit your bic's from a variety of reps and sets. Sometimes just plain volume will get you results...For example try doing a certain total pounds of like 1000 for your biceps. That could mean 10sets of 10 @100 lbs or it may be less sets with more weight.
YOU CAN ALWAYS ALTERNATE HEAVY WORKOUTS WITH HIGH REPS. I WORK OUT BIS TWICE A WEEK FIST TIME I KILL THEM WITH AS MUCH HEAVY WEIGHT LOW REPS AS I CAN THE SECOND I DO SUPERSET WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS AND CRAZY 8'S OR 21'S WITCH EVER ONE YOUCHOOSE
THE SUPER SET I USE IS :
HAMMER CURLS WITH WIEHGT I CAN ONLY DO LIKE 8 TIMES
AND BARBELL CURLS WITH 10-20 LBS ON EACH SIDE ALWAYS GET A GOOD PUMP OUT OF THAT AND AT THE END OF EVERY WORK OUT THROW IN SOME OF DB101'S CABLE HURCULES CURLS.
Superset work great for me. Pyramids too
