I have heard from some peolpe(that i figured did not know what they were talking about) say it wasnt good for your heart, because it was a mucle that could grow to fast, or something like that. I felt like it was bull, but can never worry to much about the heart.

i know swole likes his cardio all year round, but i want see a cardio hater answer this thread too,lol. ya know. just to balance it out.
On test or anything for that matter, cardio is still a key. It's (the heart) the most important muscle to train because w/out it, you'd be dead.
The avatar of me was at the San Jose BB'ing Championships and that's Flex and my buddy to his right. It was 1 week after I won the Monterey Bay Classic, so I was still very lean.
