    5x5

Im about to hop on a cycle and im just trying to figure out my training.
    Ive been doing.
    monday-back
    tuesday-chest
    wed-legs
    thursday-shoulders
    friday-arms
and i run a few of those days.
    im guna start
    Test e - 600wk 1-17
    deca - 500wk 1-15
    winny 50mg 13-18

I saw SOLID results with this, last summer.(same cycle, lower dosage) But I have been reading about that 5x5 thing. And dont kno what i should do? Any comments?

5 sets of 5 reps. Its right between strength and power/hypertrophy training so you apparently see good rsults in both areas

not only is it the wrong forum, but don't believe every workout you read in a muscle mag. Just because the article said that works, and the guy in the pictures is huge, doesn;t mean anything.
I change my workouts aftery 3-5 weeks to shock my system. I've done the 5 sets of 5, Static training, 5 sets of 20, Pyramid, etc...
Choose one, make gains, ans switch it up when you plateau.

maximas is spot on, and the majority of training methods work, but only for so long. keep switching it up. ive used 4x4 recently, and my strength has really improved
