If you take enough rest, eat good, take your proteine, glutamine, creatine etc. you should not be affraid of overtraining... but all is in perspective.
One other option would be to train the left site with higher kg, and less reps.
That should boost some also.
Synthol is not a that bad idea, it's actualy the best if you can not fix it with workouts.

>_< i do see preceive your claim however, take a step back and see my goal: to match the size for both arms, not for competition yet, but for muscle growth.... synthol will not give me equal strenght gains and then one day my chest will be distorted

i was wondering if an extra of left side would be benefitial, or harm?

depending on your workout, food, rest e.g.
For me I take atleast one day rest for the same group.

DON'T USE SYNTHOL!!!!!! That is a jokers drug. The effects are only temporary. For goodness sake!

When you are done with each exercise equal for both sides, throw in a set of heavy dumbbells for 3-6 reps on the left side only. Do this for a while on the lagging body parts for a few months and I think you'll see a change.

WHen you are doing arms, jsut concentrate more on pulling/pushing harder with your weaker arm. GIve it more "attention". Like on barbell curls, dont curl the wieght up unevenly, make sure you pull hard enough with the weaker arm so that the bar is straight and even, even if that means letting up a bit with the streong arm. Also, at teh end of your workout, add in 2-3 sets for your weaker arm. I would not give it a seperate full day though.
