    Critique my split please...

    how does my new split look.

    Sunday-, Chest and bis
    bench,incline dumbbells, weighted dips,
    barbell curls, dumbbell curls

    Monday- Legs
    Squats, quad extensions, stiffleg deadlifts

    Tuesday-OFF

    Wed-Delts, Triceps
    military press, lateral raise, rear delt flys
    skull crushers, tri pulldowns

    Thusday-OFF

    Friday- BACK
    Barbell Rows, Deadlifts, lat pulldowns/ chinups, dumbbell shrugs

    Im assuming you also take saturday off since you didn't list it...also what do your sets and reps look like?

    u might be overtraining your delts if u are hitting them while doing chest and again on back
