i usually do 3 sets of rear delts on back day at the end, is it necessary to work rears at all? do they get a good enough work out from all those heavy rowing movements? tomorrow i do back so i want to know if i should change anything...thanks guys

I would work the posterior deltoids. How many people have overdeveloped posterior delts? Not many. Ask the same question about anterior delts and the answer would be the direct opposite.

i think if you go down that road you could say that for everything ie: why should i work abs coz they get a workout doing deads or why do front delts (iso's)coz you work them with bench etc.i think what your doin is fine imho.

i wouldnt bother doin a warm up set of high reps. just a warm up set of moderate weight for 3-4 reps, then working set. But i would do a warm up of high reps if you didnt work rears on back day.
