    jogging in place for cardio?

what do you guys think of jogging in place for a form of cardio? ive been doing some research on the web and some web sites claim you can burn over 600 calories an hour (for a 190 pounds)

if thats you in your avatar, you dont need to burn any calories lol, lean as hell! jogging on the spot is a good form of cardio. for myself id get bored, but physiologically speaking, aslong as the heart rate is at what it needs to be, go for it

oh boy... It's been raining and I have to jog in place in the garage... it sucks, but my heart rate is easy to maintain..... on house arrest, so really no other options...... jump rope tends to make my heart rate skyrocket.
