Hi guys,
I ve been training for about a year and gain around 10lb with only protein. I am thinking to seriously step up my training and neutrition. I would gratelly appreciate your expert advice.
I am currently:
Weight:150lb
Height:173cm
Body Fat: 16% {yes, too much}
Training:
Weight 3 times a week - all 6-8reps per set after warm up
day1 18 sets of chest
12 sets of shoulder
12 sets of triceps
12 sets of abs
day2 12 sets of back
12 sets of biceps
12 sets of abs
Cardio 2 times a week - all approx 30min - only bicycles...
dont really want a massive leg...but not to loose upper body muscle so...
bicycles {am I wrong???}
Nutrition:
Andr*ol(some may argue not much effect but want to play it safe...)/creatine/bcaa/hmb/whey protein 3 times a day
4 meals a day with low carb/fat diet such as chicken/tuna/egg
My Goal:
To gain another 10-15lbs of muscle and be around 12% body fat
Does this schedule look achievable in 3 month time before summer???
I might be missing some infos here so if you need other info to give advice, please let me know. Any advice is very much appreciated!
