Workout Revised
Wat do you guyz think now?
Monday: Chest, Triceps - Flat medium bench, Dips, Incline Bench Press, overhead row
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: Back, Biceps - Deadlifts,Pullups, Barbell curls, Incline dumbell curls, Hammer Curls, Bent Over Barbell Row
Thursday: OFF
Friday: Shoulders, Traps - Military presses,reverse flyes, Shrugs
Saturday: Legs - Squats, Lunges, Leg-extensions, Ham curls, Standing Calf-raise
Sunday: OFF

1more question, can i do pushups on my off days like 3 sets to failure?
and i already do my ab workout amost 5-6 times a week

that looks good.
i would throw in some flyes and one more tricep exercise.
