    Put together this routine and wanted some critiques. Nark! SC! HELP!

    After just spending close to an hour. I think i have found a decent routine. Wanted some opinions to make sure I hit every muscle group and every part of the muscle correct....


    Shoulders-
    Dumbbell presses
    Reverse Overheard Laterals
    Seated Bent Over Laterals

    Traps-
    Upright Rows
    Shrugs

    Chest-
    Incline Barbell bench
    dumbell flys
    flat bench cable cross overs

    Back-
    Lat machine pull downs
    DL
    Seated Cable Rows

    Bi's-Preacher Curls
    Two Hand Cable Curls
    Rever Preacher Bench Curls
    Standing Barbell Curls

    Tri's-Cable pressdowns with a straight bar
    One Arm Cable Reverse Pressdowns
    CGBP

    Forearms-
    Barbell wrist curls
    Reverse Preacher Curls

    Legs-
    Squats
    Leg Curls
    SLDL

    Calves-Seated Calf Raises
    ( Have to see what my gym has exactly)

    that is undecided...just worried about the excercises itself for now...maybe A ...Back/Chest/Legs/off/Arms/Shoulders/off no idea yet....

    Tri's-Cable pressdowns with a straight bar
    One Arm Cable Reverse Pressdowns
    CGBP
    cgbp is your mass movement, dont do too much to burn it out before you start unless you are trying to pre-exhaust.


    Lat machine pull downs
    DL
    Seated Cable Rows
    the deadlifting is great, but if you can go for wide grip pull ups, and rather than seated rows do t-bar or bent over rows with free weights i think you will do much better. also what are reverse overhead laterals, and flat bench cable crossover?

    As to whether or not it's good/bad, the entire split over the week with reps/sets/days/etc., is going to dictate what is a good idea vs. a bad idea.

    You also shouldn't limit the requests for help to "Nark/~SC~" as that will hinder other responses from people that you may receive. They view it as a turn-off and won't respond with information that may be very beneficial to you.

    dont know what anyone else thinks but these two exercises are some what related to me,like isolations,i guess wht im trying to say is id remove one and replace it with another compound movement.

    Honestly, if you are trying to gain size I think you will be very disappointed. Way too much cable movements and not enough compound movements on major muscle groups. Better ask SC or Nark to be sure!

    sorry I listen to people who I know actually lift.

    yeah, you're right. No one else here lifts except for SC and Nark.

    Reps will be a 12-10-8 with stretching before hand and after sets

    Well the exercise looks better, except for shoulders; I don't like it.
    Anyway, you need to list your set/rep ranges for anyone to know if it is good or not. I personally think it is too much but if it works for you then cool.

    BTW, I thought [b] I /[b] was the only one that had a 30 inch penis!!!
