    I do regular deads. I've never done stiff legged before.

    I do both on and off like 4 weeks of one then 4 weeks of the other, its helped me a ton pretty consistent growth and strength gains

    stiff legged deads are mainly for your hamstrings....

    Yeah, I've been putting straight leg deads for leg day and deadlifts for back day..... love em both
