    AB Question

During my workout I bust my ass and normally feel like I have to puke and dizzy, doing sit ups or what not just makes it way worse. I was wondering is it ok to do abs later in the day after your workout? Or does that mess things up due to healing/rest and whatnot?

i dont see a problem with you doing abs at a diff time.....

be aware though the only thing that will let you see those abs is diet and cardio and getting that bf% at or below 10%

do some cardio in the morning with an empty stomach and u will start seeing abs in a couple months even if ur bulking....remember the abs r there u just cant see them becuz of the fat deposit above them....cardio will help remove that fat
