I watch Mike Mentzer H.I.T DVD....
i watch Mike Mentzer H.I.T DVD while ago, I noted that he likes his trainees to use a full range of motion with the 4 second up and a 4 second down approach on the reps.
Any one ever give this a shot? I tried it on some squats and started feeling sick on the 4th rep...lol
