This may be the most retarded question...

But its something thats been in the back of my head.

Does it matter that I switch back and forth between excersizes on body parts. For instance on Tuesdays I do Back/Biceps...

    Bicep excersize
    Back excersize
    Bicep excersize
    Back excersize
    Bicep excersize

Or should I group them together and keep the bodypart excersizes in succession.

I'm just wondering if this even makes a difference?

Do back first...your bi's are gonna get fatigue'd doing this...you dont want to do it vice versa..

after you finish all your back work, your bi's should be pumped, then add the icing on the cake with a few bi sets.

back first, bissecond, back will use alot of biceps , therfore you wont need to do as much work on bi's . agood rule of thumb, work the larger muscle groups first

The biceps will get a lot of work during the back training to keep them pumped but you'll be sacrificing primed energy stores needed for the bigger muscle group - the back. Do your largest muscles and subsequently the heaviest training first. Unless you are trying to bring up a stubborn muscle group... read: it is falling behind and out of porportion... (not because you think big biceps looks kewl Keep everything as symetrical as possible and overall growth is easier to achieve)

i agree with all of this

i know when i do my back/bi workout my bi's give up first on pull ups and rows. if you alternate bi and back exercises your bi's are going to be too fatigued to lift the weight necessary for your back. my back growth is hindered by my bicep strength
