Hi guys, been working on my legs for a while and have some good improvement, but my inner thighs need some work and seem to lag behind, any advice for me ?

the only thing i can think of is foot position have your feet pointing outward and that works the inner thigh.

It you follow this link and scroll down to the leg section there are inner thigh squats and inner thigh leg press.
As stated above it is all about foot position.
try going with a wide stance for your squats. This I find helps stress the inner thigh area.

just do deep squats w/ PERFECT form w/ feet slightly outside shoulder width.
keep chest out back arched and ass out, and make sure ur knees dont knock.
pause at bottom to feel the pull then push up simple as that.
