    Angry soft six packs

    i currently have my abs visible all the time but the problem is that they are soft, how can i make them harder? i dont think its fat coz if it were i wouldnt have my abs to show but there is a layer of soft skin on the packs, how can i deal with it ?

    flex them jk

    are they not hard at all? my top two abs are always visible, but at certain points in the year they have a thin layer of fat on them that is soft

    they are hard but when i go up and down on them the skin on them is so soft its not tight:S
    bloat? from what?

    Maybe you just have strategically placed rolls of fat and it is not muscle at all?
