Thread: my 4 day split plz critique!!!!!

    my 4 day split plz critique!!!!!

    i wanna do this for my cycle of test enanthate 525mg/w routine please tell me if this is good for optimal tri and bi gains? 4 day split routine. do i have to many recovery days for being on a cycle of test enanthate 525mg a week? should i do preacher or seated incline curls in my bi work out?

    monday- shoulders (15 working sets) and tris (6 working sets)
    CGBP, SKULL CRUSHERS
    tuesday-cardio half hour
    wed-back (15 working sets) bi's (6 working sets)
    STRAIGHT BB CURLS, HAMMER CURLS
    thursday-chest (15working sets) abs
    fri-cardio
    sat-legs (15 working sets) abs
    sun-cardio half hour

    IMO you have too many sets for shoulders, back, and chest.

    I don't know if this split is optimal for your bi and tri gains, as you have to experiment and see what works best for you.

    No, you do not have too many recovery days.

    Do the one that works the best for you, preachers or seated incline curls, or just keep switching them to shock the muscles. Remember your muscles adapt quickly and need to be shocked to continue growing.

    Give more info on your workout. I would add as much possible to your bi workout. Atleast as much as they can handle.

    I would agree with this. I do ~9 work sets for each of these bodyparts and my body is trashed for days later.
