I have taken the weight off systmaticallyand have done wll, but now im stuck,
My diet is fairly clean.

tuna sand. with light mustard on wheat and around 2 for lunch,
gym
protein shake and veggies around 6 and thats it
and this is consistent.
I eat wheat crackers, raw almonds, and granola as snacks occasionaly
workout I do 1 part a day, I guess I am just like that cause its the way I have always done it that way.

then I will knock out another 1 hour on the eliptical 7miles usually
then i sit in the sauna for like 15 minutes

I mean with this i have gotten good results muscle wise, I have gotten bigger very where, and lost like 10 pounds, but now for the last 4 weeks, nothings changing although, my shoulders and arms are getting bigger, I also have the top 4 abs out at all times, and there hard, but directly below the 4 is soft fat, and i cant stand to do more cardio..
any suggestions
oh and I dont do legs, My legs are absolutely shredded, all muscle, which puzzles me even more, I have not done them since college, and they are excactly the same...Last edited by donnie levi; 04-26-2006 at 03:43 PM.

You should start by posting your dietary approach in full in the DIET forum, your problem most likely lies in macros.
I did notice you sit in the sauna? Reason? Consider it a waste of time unless you are cutting weight for some sort of competition.
And to much cardio IMO. You can only lose so much weight in a week, shoot for 2.5-3lbs a week at most.
And start squatting for gods sake....i should'nt have to tell you why.***No source checks!!!***
