hey guys my routine is like this
i train 4 days a week
Saturday Chest and Traps
Monday Back and Biceps
Wednesday Shoulders and Triceps
Friday Legs
sometimes i feel that i'm resting way too much and can train my muscle more than just once a week although i know i do a high volume workout
what is the diff bet full body routines , upper/lower , regular splits like i do
which is best for bulking ?
