    what is the difference ?

    hey guys my routine is like this
    i train 4 days a week
    Saturday Chest and Traps
    Monday Back and Biceps
    Wednesday Shoulders and Triceps
    Friday Legs
    sometimes i feel that i'm resting way too much and can train my muscle more than just once a week although i know i do a high volume workout
    what is the diff bet full body routines , upper/lower , regular splits like i do
    which is best for bulking ?

    If you want to try twice a week, do it. I do it every once in a while. Do it for 8 weeks and take a week off and try something else. If it works do it again in the future.

    i train with heavy reps but like that
    Chest
    Incline BB press x3 (i do 3 warm up sets by gradually increasing the weight and leaving the heaviest weight i can press for my 3 working sets)
    DB Flat Press x3
    Flyes x3
    Weighted Dips x2
    i wrote only chest as an example but as i said as the week passes i feel like i rested way too much maybe my recovery is a bit faster than normal people i really don't know but sometimes i'm 100% sure i can train my body part twice a week with the same volume i just wrote
    i was thinking of alternating : doing 1 week in a push pull split form to allow to train my body twice but lower the volume a bit and then the next week is just blasting the muscle once but with high volume
    what do u think ?

    Try the push pull. I do it and train only 3 or four times a week and hit everything every 6th day and it is working well for me. I am going heavy and to failure a lot so it is taking a toll on me and will switch in 5 weeks. I used to train everything twice in 8 days and worked well for me but variety is great in weightlifting.

    how many sets u used to make for large muscles and how many for small ones ?
    and can u write the routine u used to follow ? not in details
    just the split itself
    when to workout my leg ?
