    Upper body Good , Shitty legs

    Ok my upper body is pretty big and well developed..im currently satisfied with the size, my legs suck..They need to play catch up. How do i train to maintain my upperbody without getting it bigger while allowing my legs to catch up by utilizing a different aproach to training them. Should i go with very high reps for upperbody stuff so i dont stimulate building mass but at the same time create enough stim to maintain what i have.?

    I'd say continue doing upperbody as you would regardless of legs. If your training legs properly, you shouldn't have too much of a prob puttingo on size. Deads/squats/ect.

    squats and lunges for legs mate, and lots of em

    Do you train legs first in the week, when you are freshest?
