    V shaped back.....how?

    I was wondering what machines/free weights i could use to get a v shaped back?I have been working out now for 4 months and have seen some gains but i want that wideness in my back to give me shape.

    Chins, lat pulldowns. Those work well for width.

    Widegrip Pullups, and widegrip pulldowns

    and bent over rows work well. That..and having a narrow waist is the finisher.

    no doubt your waist is a huge factor for getting the v-taper.

    all the exercises listed here will help you achieve the v-taper...but most importantly is time...stick with a solid work ethic and the right exercises and diet, and youll have a back to be proud of
