Running vs. bike
What would be suggested to loose unwanted fat. Biking 45 mins daily or jogging 2 miles? I would think obviously running since it burns more calories, but interested to see what you think

any form of cardio is good it's just what you like i prefer jogging. Just as long as you keep your heart rate right and the length of cardio

I've found it difficult to jog/run and keep my heart rate in the "fat burning" zone. If I could, though, I'd much rather run or jog than do anything else.

I think running is better but biking works too...just mix it up.

On a less technical note... i would go with whichever you can sustain for 45-60 mins.
For me that would be biking.
Side effects of jogging for me: jarred knee and spine
Side effects of riding for me: sore ass
lmao.
Gimme biking

Same here Nark... I just purchased a bike, expensive but good cardio. Im tall so i get knee pains. Biking less impact on the knees. Like it was pointed out CARDIO is CARDIO...

20-25 minutes on a bike then move onto walking on a treadmill at 3mph at a 10-12 incline for another 25-30 in the am on an empty stomach. I like them both; makes the cardio go by faster and gives variety. I do this about 4 times a week then do a 2 day HIIT program for about 20-25 minutes.
For me I think jogging starts burning muscle since I can't seem to keep my heart rate down.

Biking will of course save your knees. I like to change it up regularly.
