    mornning cadio?

    with first thing morning cardio...eat, light meal or no meal?

    which is best?

    Cardio first thing...then eat breakfast after.

    Your body has been fasting for 6-8 hours of sleep, doing cardio on empty stomach will allow your body to more effectively use fat for energy rather that blood sugar (carbs) from a meal you just ate.

    No meal cardio then wait about 20 min then breakfast for fat burning think it helps the lypolytics better, also you can take 5 grams glutamine before cardio to help prevent muscle loss
