Test E and Deadlifts don't mix

Hey guys, lately the pump i'm getting during my final sets of deadlifts is getting ridiculous. My lower back is throbbing so bad after deadlifts i find myself laying on the mats on the floor at the gym to get some relief. I'm in week 8 of this test E/Var cycle and the pumps are getting painful, atleast during my back workouts. I do my deadlifts before anything else to for back day so i'm finding it hard to bare with the pump and get to the other exercises and movements although lastnight i did manage to finish. Was wondering how you guys deal with this when your on cycle? I don't really wanna leave my deadlifts for the end of the day once i'm done everything else, but i feel that might be my only option. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions.

    MAybe its the var?

I did tons of deads on test-e and never had any painful pumps. Dbol was a different story all together.....those were painful and I'd stagger around a bit afterwards.

well i've been on Var before and my pumps were increased but not nearly this bad. Might be due to the increased weight i'm lifting now, i don't know, but its ****ing painful to say the least.

Bro I feel your pain, I have the same problem and I end up on the mats as well. I am walking around trying to run away from the friging pain., It sucks bad, and I do leave mine to the end. I even had the same problem with squats on leg day as well

    i know bro it sucks.

My back day looks like this.

Deadlifts - 2 warm up sets, 5 working sets, 4-8reps

Lat Pulldowns/Chin-ups - i switch it up from time to time and do chin ups for a few weeks and then pulldowns. 3 sets, 6-8

    Seated Rows - 3 sets, 6-8 reps

Incline Row(with T handle) - I dont' do these every week just throw them in one week here and there to mix it up a little. - 3 sets, 6-8

I do triceps the same day after i'm done my back. I work my trap and do my shrugs on shoulder day. I usually shoot for right around 12 heavy sets for the bigger muscles groups as a guideline for making up my routines.

That's a lot of working sets.. i can see why the lower back pumps would be messing with your back day.

Drop that down to 3 working sets... work at a set rep range.. 4-6 i'd say
